My career began in New York City at the renowned Rosa Mexicano Restaurants, where I was instrumental in their expansion, playing a key role in numerous new restaurant openings and providing operational leadership that was instrumental to the expansion on the East and West Coasts, notably at the flagship Union Square location in NYC.

This philosophy guided me in building strong, inclusive work cultures and empowering countless employees and their development into leaders. In 2020, I brought this expertise to a strategic role at Royal Caribbean Group, where I spearheaded critical recruitment efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic, ensuring a seamless return to service for their iconic brands.

Since relocating to Miami in 2008, I've continued to shape the hospitality landscape through the successful execution of diverse events. My portfolio ranges from intimate gatherings and weddings, community galas to large-scale activations like the South Beach Wine & Food Festival, Cinco de Mayo block parties, and major global sporting events such as the Miami Open and the F1 at Hard Rock Stadium.
